Can the Regions and Appellations be limited by country.

Is there a way to limit the region selection, after the country is selected. For example I choose Australia, but would only like to see the austalian wine regions, and appellations.

Items cannot be linkable, it is too complicated to manage both for user and developer (me)

Is there any way i can group the region or appellation list.
Could they be prefixed with FRA or AUS or US.
e,g,
region
AUS-Barossa
FRA-Beaujolais
barossa
AUS-Barossa Valley
FRA-Beaujolais-villages

As items are not linked, you can do it but you have to do it manually.
