I have been able to create an .oc file and store info from the iphone to the desktop.
When I try to make another .oc file it will not transfer data and wipes out what I have on the iphone. I used the same procedure as creating the first file. First file name was Craigcellar.oc and the second is Wine A.
It is hard to tell from the selection above the debug selection what will replace or delete the data. How do you backup incremental changes that are made on the iphone?
I am using the latest versions from OC and Apple.

Hi,
The difference between the iPhone and other versions is that the iPhone can handle only one wines cellar.
You cannot synchronize multiple wine cellars.
Have you many .oc files ?
