Well, I tried to use software and honestly it is amazing.
I tried lots of packages and online services and no one offers that range of technical and wine-aware functionalities.

The only problem I have lays in two facts:

- software is mostly on french and that gives me big problem to use it (both mobile and windows edition)

- rack can have up tp 25 columns (I need at least 35).

Anyway, I will probably swithch to something else but definetly the best aproach in cellar management I found on the internet.
