probleme serveur de syncronisation

je n'arrive plus a a synchroniser mon iphone.
voici le message d'erreur:
getHostAddress() : 192.168.1.11
Serveur démarré (1.1), en attente de connexion....
onDebug() -> Server->start()
onDebug() -> Server->start(), java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
onError() -> java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
Toutes les tâches terminées avec erreur.
j ai desactive pare feu et antivirus sans success. J ai mis java a jour. J ai parcouru tout le forum sans trouver de reponse qui me permette de faire fonctionner le serveur de syncro.
