Oups,
n'est-ce pas formidable, j'ai trouvé ( présque) tout seul ce qui ne marchait pas dans mon instal de synchro:
pour décompresser un .jar il faut un logiciel type winzip (je n'en avait pas encore installé sur mon tout nouveau PC;
Ensuite j'ai mis à jour java;
Aprés cela ça marche tout seul.
Merci à tous ceux qui avaient posés ces questions avant moi.

La nouvelle version d'OC embarquera avec elle le serveur de synchronisation pour une plus grande facilité d'utilisation.
